What To Bring

General

  • It’s YOUR responsibility to show up with the right gear, failure to do so could jeopardize the success of your hunt. I have found too many people don’t take care of gear I loan them so have stopped doing so.
  • It is no longer required to have a Texas hunting license to hunt feral hogs on private property with landowner authorization. Read more on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department website Nongame page.
  • NOTE: If you intend to hunt any other nongame animals, you will need to obtain the Non-resident 5-Day Special Hunting License (item # 157, $47.00 cost) ahead of arriving at the ranch–we will need to see your license information. Read more on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department website Hunting Licenses page. This license can also be obtained at Rick’s Farm & Home, located at 2909 Main St, Clarksville, TX.
